KaTeX is a JavaScript library that shows mathematical notation on any web browser. It aims to be fast and easy to use.[2]
It was initially developed by Khan Academy.[3] This is why it starts from K. KaTeX is known to be one of the top five popular projects on GitHub in September 2014.[4]
Features

- Fast: It doesn’t need to reload the webpage.
- Print quality: It is based on LaTeX.
- No dependencies: It doesn't need anything else for installation.
