Zelen (nem. Sehlen) je grad u njemačkoj saveznoj državi Meklenburg-Zapadna Pomeranija. Jedno je od 42 opštinska središta okruga Rigen. Prema procjeni iz 2010. u gradu je živjelo 931 stanovnika. Posjeduje regionalnu šifru (AGS) 13061037.
