Tuoba Yulü (kineski: 拓跋鬱律; pinyin: Tuòbá Yùlǜ) (? -321) bio je vladar Tuoba države Dai 316 to 321.

Bio je sin Tuoba Fua i otac Tuoba Yihuaija i Tuoba Shiyijiana. Godine 310. je za vrijeme Wu Hu ustanka po naredbi Tuoba Yilua pomagao Liu Kunz (劉琨), kineskom guverneru provincije Bingzhou (并州) (suvremeni Shanxi), u borbi protiv Xiongnu Tiefu poglavara Liu Hua. Godine 316. Tuoba Yulü je postao princ Daija nakon smrti Tuoba Pugenovog neimenovanog sina. Godine 318. je porazio Tiefu poglavara Liu Hua i preuzeo teritorije Wusuna. Godine 321. je ubijen u puču izvedenom od rođaka Tuoba Herua, koji ga je naslijedio kao Princ od Daija.

Yulü je imao najmanje dvije kćeri - jedna se udala za He Gea (贺纥), poglavicu Helana, a druga je rodila Liu Kurena (刘库仁), budućeg poglavicu Dugua.
