The New Janitor (sh. Novi pazikuća) je američka američka kratka crno-bijela nijema filmska komedija snimljena 1914. u režiji Charlesa Chaplina. U njemu Chaplin tumači ulogu pazikuće u banci koji će sticajem okolnosti spriječiti pljačku. Često se navodi kako je taj film, u kome je Chaplin prvi put koristio nešto kompleksniji lik, njegovo najbolje ostvarenje među ranim radovima za Sennettovu kompaniju Keystone Studios.
