Sinuesa (grčki: Σινούεσσα ili Σινόεσσα, latinski: Sinuessa) je bio drevni grad u Lacijumu, smješten na obali Tirenskog mora, oko 10 km sjeverno od ušća rijeke Volturno (drevni Vulturnus). Također se nalazio na ruti znamenitog puta Via Appia, i bio posljednja stanica puta koja je dodirivala morsku obalu.[1] Ruševine grada se nalaze na teritoriji današnje općine Mondragone u italijanskoj regiji Kampanija.

Grad je nastao godine 295. pne. kao rimska kolonija u svrhu zaštite od Samnita. Prilično je prosperirao zahvaljujući Via Appiji, ali je s vremenom iščezao. Vrijeme i način njegovog uništenja ili napuštanja nije poznat.
