Mikio Aoki (青木 幹雄 Aoki Mikio?, 8. jun 1934 -) je japanski političar koji je 2000. godine privremeno vršio dužnost premijera Japana. Aoki je prije toga bio glavni sekretar kabineta premijera Keiza Obuchija. Nakon što je 1. aprila 2000. Obuchi pretprio moždani udar i završio u bolnici, Aoki je preuzeo njegove ovlasti. Kada je postalo jasno da se Aoki neće probuditi iz kome, za novog premijera je 5. aprila formalno izabran Yoshiro Mori.
