Frigijska kapa je mekana kapa, čiji kraj se sužava u konus koji gleda napred. Kapa je uglavnom crvene boje a ime je dobila po grčkoj antičkoj pokrajini Frigiji (deo današnje Anatolije u Turskoj). Frigijska kapa se često vidi na umetničkim delima antičkih ljudstva Azije (Parti, Parsi i druga ljudstva dotaknuta helenizmom) i Grka.

U modernom dobu frigijska kapa simboliše slobodu. Nosili su je sankiloti za vrijeme francuske revolucije, a nakon južnoameričkih ratova za nezavisnost je poslužila kao detalj na grbovima niza tamošnjih novostvorenih država.
