Brusnik (mak. Брусник) je naselje u Republici Makedoniji, u južnom delu države. Brusnik pripada opštini Bitolj.
Naselje Brusnik je smešteno u južnom delu Republike Makedonije. Od najbližeg većeg grada, Bitolja, naselje je udaljeno 4 km jugozapadno, pa je ono zapravo predgrađe.
Brusnik se nalazi na jugozapadnom obodu Pelagonije, najveće visoravni Republike Makedonije. Naselje je smešteno na severoistočnim padinama planine Baba. Severno od sela protiče rečica Dragor. Nadmorska visina naselja je približno 870 metara.
Klima u naselju je planinska zbog znatne nadmorske visine.
Brusnik je prema poslednjem popisu iz 2002. godine imao 241 stanovnika.
Pretežno stanovništvo su etnički Makedonci (99%).
Većinska veroispovest je pravoslavlje.
