Assen (Dutch: [ˈɑ.sə(n)] ( listen)) is a municipality an a ceety in the northeastren Netherlands, an is the caipital o the province o Drenthe. It received ceety richts in 1809. Assen's main claim tae fame is the TT Circuit Assen the motorcycle racin circuit, whaur on the last Setturday in Juin the Dutch TT is run. Assen haes a railway station: Assen railway station.
