Antalya (frae Greek "Αττάλεια" - Attaleia) is a ceety on the Mediterranean coast o soothwastren Turkey, an the caipital ceety o Antalya Province. King Attalos rebuilt the cieety, givin it the name "Attaleia" (Greek: Αττάλεια) which later mutatit in Turkish as Adalia an then Antalya. Attaleia wis an aa the name o a festival at Delphi^[1] an Attalis (Greek: Ἀτταλίς) wis the name o an auncient Greek tribe at Athens.^[2]
