A Korean Super League 1983 foi a primeira edição da principal divisão de futebol na Coreia do Sul, a K-League. A liga começou em 8 de maio de 1983 e terminou em 25 de setembro de 1983.
Cinco times participaram da liga, dois profissionais (Hallelujah FC e Yukong Elephants) e três amadores (POSCO, Daewoo e Kookmin Bank). Um campeonato disputado em estágios teve na primeira fase em cinco cidades (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Jeonju, Daejeon) e no segundo estágios as cinco cidades mais quatro adicionadas (Gwangju, Chuncheon, Masan, Andong).
