Dositeu (ocasionalmente Nathanael,[1] ambos significando "presente de Deus") foi um líder religioso Samaritano, fundador de uma seita, frequentemente definida como gnóstica. É reputado por ter sido discípulo de João Batista[2] e por ter sido professor de Simão Mago.[3]

Ele viveu provavelmente no primeiro século da era comum. De acordo com o documento Pseudo-Tertuliano[4] foi o primeira a negar os Profetas,[5] embora todos os samaritanos rejeitassem os livros proféticos da Bíblia judaica aceitando apenas o Pentateuco como escritura.[6][5]
