A Copa Interclubes da CECAFA (Central and East Clubs African Football Association), também conhecida como Copa Kagame Interclubes, é um torneio de clubes oficializado pela CECAFA, sob tutela da CAF, e que conta com participantes dos seguintes países:

⁽¹⁾A Somália por não possuir uma edição do campeonato nacional desde 2003 sempre é representada pelo ultimo campeão, o Banaadir Telecom, que por recomendação da CAF herdou os títulos de 2004, 2005 e 2006 mesmo sem haver nenhum campeonato.

⁽²⁾O Sudão perdeu o direito a um representante na competição em função da Guerra Civil.

O Simba Sports Club da Tanzânia é o maior campeão da competição com 6 títulos.
