Spirytus surowy
Spirytus surowy, inaczej spirytus gorzelniczy, surówka lub okowita[1] – alkohol etylowy o stężeniu ok. 90%, otrzymywany w gorzelniach przez prostą destylację z zacieru. Może zawierać różne zanieczyszczenia i stanowi półprodukt do otrzymywania spirytusu rektyfikowanego[2].
