Samorząd lokalny w Izraelu (hebr. מועצה מקומית, Moetza Mekomit) jest instancją lokalnej władzy samorządowej, która odpowiada za administrację nad miejscowością zbliżoną wielkością do miasta, ale bez niezbędnej liczby mieszkańców i innych wymogów by uzyskać prawa miejskie.
