Północnoliwoński rezerwat biosfery (łot.: Ziemeļvidzemes biosfēras rezervāts) - pierwszy i jedyny rezerwat biosfery na Łotwie, znajdujący się w północnej części Liwonii, wzdłuż granicy z Estonią. Zajmuje powierzchnię ponad 4576 km², co stanowi około 6% powierzchni kraju i obejmuje 51 mniejszych obszarów chronionych. Jego administracja mieści się w Salacgrīvie.
W roku 1990 łotewski rząd zarządził powstanie strefy ochronnej w granicach dzisiejszego rezerwatu, który 11 grudnia1997 został oficjalnie uznany przez UNESCO jako pierwszy łotewski rezerwat biosfery.
Obszar ten wyróżniają szczególnie:
Salaca, szybko-płynąca rzeka z piaskowcowym brzegiem i licznymi pieczarami (szczególnie w okolicach Mazsalacy).
w dużej mierze nietkniętym przez człowieka wybrzeżem bałtyckim
