Massalia (miasto)
Massalia – starożytne miasto we francuskiej Prowansji, obecna Marsylia.
Założone ok. 600 p.n.e. przez małoazjatyckich osadników z Fokai, było pierwszym greckim polis w zachodniej części Śródziemnomorza. W 49 p.n.e. zdobyte przez Juliusza Cezara.
