Hrabstwo McNairy (ang. McNairy County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 560,84 mil² (1452,57 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 25 796 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1823 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].
