ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ
ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ (français, la langue française) ਇੱਕ ਰੁਮਾਂਸ ਬੋਲੀ ਹੈ[1] ਜੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼੍ਰਾਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਬੋਲੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 9 ਕਰੋੜ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, 19 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੂਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ 20 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਧਿਗਰਹਿਤ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ, ਬੈਲਜੀਅਮ, ਸਵਿਟਜ਼ਰਲੈਂਡ, ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕੀ ਫਰੇਂਕੋਫੋਨ, ਲਕਜ਼ਮਬਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਨੇਕੋ ਸਮੇਤ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ 54 ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਕ ਬੋਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਰੋਮਨ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਲੈਟਿਨ ਬੋਲੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਪੁਰਤਗਾਲੀ, ਸਪੈਨਿਸ਼, ਇਤਾਲਵੀ, ਰੋਮਾਨੀਅਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੈਟੇਲਾਨ ਆਦਿ। ਇਸ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੀ ਉੱਨਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂਲ ਰੋਮਨ ਗੌਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੈਲਟਿਕ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਰੋਮਨ ਫਰੈਕਿਸ਼ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਰਮਨੇਕ ਬੋਲੀ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਿਆ। ਇਹ 29 ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਬੋਲੀ ਹੈ। ਯੂਰਪੀ ਸੰਘ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਉਸਦੇ 27 ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਦੇ 12.9 ਕਰੋੜ (49,71,98,740 ਦਾ 26%) ਲੋਕ ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸਿਸੀ ਬੋਲ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ 6.5 ਕਰੋੜ (12%) ਮੂਲ ਭਾਸ਼ਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 6.9 ਕਰੋੜ (14%) ਇਸਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਰਮਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਘ ਦੀ ਤੀਜੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਬੋਲੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ 20ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਫ਼ਰਾਂਸਿਸੀ ਯੂਰਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਿਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਕੂਟਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ਼ ਹੀ ਯੂਰਪ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਤ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਬੋਲ-ਚਾਲ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਵੀ ਸੀ।
ਧੁਨੀਆਂ
[ਸੋਧੋ]ਫਰਾਂਸਿਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਧੁਨੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਲਿਪੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।

[ਸੋਧੋ]ਲਿਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਫਰਾਂਸਿਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਵਿਅੰਜਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ: s, t, f, c, q, (r), x, p, n, m, ਤਾਂ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੇਕਰ ਵਰਤਨੀ (ਸਪੇਲਿੰਗ) ਹੈ français, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਫਰਾਂਸੇ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਫਰਾਂਸੇਸ। ਨ ਅਤੇ ਮ ਸਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਨਾਸਿਕ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅੰਜਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉੱਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਫਰਾਂਸਿਸੀ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਝ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮੰਨ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਨੇਮਬੱਧਤਾ ਹੈ।
