ਕੁਲਭੂਸ਼ਨ ਖਰਬੰਦਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਐਕਟਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਮਜ ਬਾਂਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਤਰ ਬਲੋਫ਼ੇਲਡ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ[1] his role as antagonist Shakaal in ਸ਼ਾਨ (1980) ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਲੇਨ ਸ਼ਾਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ[2][3] ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਚਰਚਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
