La peninsula Italica, egalament nomenada peninsula Italiana, peninsula Apenina, es una de las peninsulas mai grandas d'Euròpa. S'espandís sus 1 000 km dels Alps al nòrd fins al centre de la mar Mediterranèa al sud, d'una largor maximala de 225 km. La peninsula es coneguda per sa forma de bòta, e en italian coma Lo Stivale. La majora partida de la peninsula correspond a l'Estat d'Itàlia, levat los dos pichons Estats independents: Sant Marin e la Ciutat de Vatican.
La peninsula s'acaba a l'oèst amb la mar Ligura e la mar Tirrèna, al sud amb la mar Ioniana, e a l'èst amb la mar Adriatica. L'orografia de l'interior de la peninsula es fòrça traversuda, del nòrd al sud s'espandís la serrada Apenina. Lo clima de la peninsula es subretot mediterranèu.
