William Thomas Medley, mai conegut coma Bill Medley (Los Angeles, 19 de setembre de 1940) es un cantautor american. Es conegut subretot qu'èra membre del sonat The Righteous Brothers. Comencèt a cantar amassa amb son collèga Bobby Hatfield en 1962. Lo duo se disseparèt en 1968 e se reformèt en 1974. Mai tard se faguèt apreciar internacionalament gràcias a la cançon "(I've Had) The Time of My Life", tèma principal del film Dirty Dancing, interpretada en duo amb Jennifer Warnes.
