The Chemical Brothers er en britisk elektronisk musikk-duo, som består av Tom Rowlands og Ed Simons.
Duoen kalte seg i begynnelsen The Dust Brothers, men måtte oppgi dette navnet etter en rettslig tvist. Etter gjennombruddet i 1996-97 ble de verdenskjente og ansett som pionerer innen sjangeren big beat, sammen med artister som The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim og The Crystal Method.[1] Deres første, store hit var «Setting Sun», hvor Noel Gallagher fra Oasis er med og synger, og «Block Rocking Beats».
The Chemical Brothers bruker mange spesielle effekter og trekker iblant inn elementer fra gitarrock. Andre artister har ofte vært med på deres innspillinger og de har selv bidratt på andre artisters plater.
