The Best of The Band er det første «Greatest Hits»-albumet fra det canadisk-amerikanske rockebandet The Band.

Albumet inneholder ti spor hentet fra seks av deres første sju album, ikke medregnet albumene Before The Flood og The Basement Tapes, som begge var sammen med Bob Dylan. Albumet inneholder to spor fra Music From Big Pink, to fra The Band, to fra Stage Fright, to fra Northern Lights - Southern Cross, ett spor fra Cahoots, ett fra Rock of Ages, samt singelen «Twilight» fra 1975.
