National League South, tidligere Conference South (ofte referert til som Vanarama National League South av sponsorgrunner) er en divisjon i National League i England, og har plass under i systemet National League System. Sammen med National League North er det på nivå 2 av National League System og sjette høyeste divisjonen i det engelske fotballigasystemet.

National League South ble introdusert i 2004 som en del av en stor restrukturering av de engelske amatørligaene i fotball. Vinnerne rykker automatisk opp til National League. I 2005/06-sesongen rykket playoff-vinnerne fra både National League North og South opp, ettersom National League økte antall lag fra 22 til 24. De 3 nederste lagene på tabellen rykket ned til nivå 3-ligaer, men i denne sesongen rykket kun to lag ned på grunn av restruktureringen.
