Nathan Myhrvold (født 1959 i Seattle, Washington) er en amerikansk fysiker og forretningsmann. Han var tidligere Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft,[1] er en amerikaner av norsk avstamning[2] som er en med-grunnleggere av Intellectual Ventures,[3] som forsøker å samle en stor portefølje av oppfinnelser.

I 2011 ga han ut en kokebok i seks bind, Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking.[2]
