Motlys er et norsk filmproduksjonsselskap. Det ble grunnlagt i 1983 av filmprodusent og regissør Sigve Endresen. Selskapet holder til i Oslo, og jobber med film fra hele Skandinavia, både spillefilmer, dokumentarer og kortfilmer. Filmer produsert av Motlys har mottatt en rekke priser, blant annet fem Amandapriser og to Gullstoler[1].

Selskapet ble selv tildelt Amandakomiteens Gullklapper under utdelingen av Amandaprisen 2023.[2]
