Lampeland er et tettsted og administrasjonssenteret i Flesberg kommune i Buskerud. Tettstedet har 591[1] innbyggere per 1. januar 2023, og ligger ved Numedalslågen omtrent 22 kilometer nord for Kongsberg sentrum.

Tettstedet har sitt navn fra gården Lampeland som ligger sentralt i tettstedet. Navnet antas å være fra 1400-tallet. På den tiden lå gården under Mariakirken i Oslo og gården ble leid ut. En som leide en gård ble kalt en landbu og navnet ble Landbuland som etter hvert ble forenklet til Lampeland.[2]

Lampeland Hotell driver kurs/konferansevirksomhet og har kafeteria og gatekjøkken.[3]

Den amerikanske astronomen Carl Otto Lampland var andre generasjons utvandrer fra Flesberg.[4]. Det finnes oppkalt etter ham Lampland-kratere på både månen og Mars og asteroiden 1767 Lampland.
