Iljusjin I-21 var et sovjetisk jagerfly utviklet under ledelse av Sergej Iljusjin. To prototyper ble gjort ferdig i 1936 og en serie på 20 fly var planlagt produsert da flytypen ble kansellert. I-21 var et lavvinget monoplan bygget helt i metall og et for sin tid avansert fly. Det nådde høye hastigheter under evaluering, men viste seg å ha uakseptable flyegenskaper.
