Der Judenstaat (tysk, jødestaten) er en bok av Theodor Herzl, hvor han argumenterer for etableringen av en jødisk stat i det på den tiden tyrkisk kontrollerte Levanten. Den ble først utgitt i Berlin og Wien i 1896 av M. Breitenstein's Verlags-Buchhandlung. Den ble utgitt på norsk under tittelen Jødestaten av L.S.P. Forlag i 2005.

Der Judenstaat er ikke et religiøst verk, men den har hatt stor betydning for moderne jødedom, idet den la grunnlaget for den politiske sionismen.
