David Rosenthal (født 1961) er en amerikansk keyboardist, plateprodusent og låtskriver, mest kjent for sin tid som medlem av hard rock-bandet Rainbow, og som studiomusiker og turnémusiker for artister som blant andre Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Enrique Iglesias, Robert Palmer, Steve Vai, Cyndi Lauper, Yngwie Malmsteen, Whitesnake, Roger Glover, Little Steven og Happy The Man. Han er utdannet ved Berklee College of Music, hvor han også tidvis holder leksjoner.
