Cape Race
Cape Race er et nes på tuppen av Avalon Peninsula på øya Newfoundland i Newfoundland og Labrador, Canada. Her ligger også Cape Race fyr, som er kjent for å ha mottatt nødsignaler fra RMS «Titanic» da det forliste i 1912.[1] Reformatoren Herman Wedel Major, sammen med sin familie, døde også utenfor Cape Race da «Arctis» forliste i 1854.[trenger referanse]
