Agira (tidligere San Filippo d'Argiriò) er en by i Enna frie kommunale konsortium på Sicilia. Den ligger 15 kilometer sørøst for Nicosia på en 650 meter høy klippe. Agira, som er en av Sicilias eldste byer, het i oldtiden Agyrium og er historikeren Diodorus Siculus' fødeby.
