Adams County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Ohio. Det ligger i sør i staten og det grenser mot Highland County i nord, Pike County i nordøst, Scioto County i øst og mot Brown County i vest. Det har også grense mot delstaten Kentucky i sør.
Adams Countys totale areal er 1 517 km² hvorav 5 km² er vann. Fylket hadde 27 477 innbyggere (2020)[2] og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen West Union.
Fylket ble grunnlagt 10. juli 1797[1] og er oppkalt etter USAs 2. president, John Adams.
