Pedro Nunez (1502–11. august 1578) var ein portugisisk matematikar og astronom.

Han var professor i Lisboa og seinare i Coimbra. Han var samstundes kongeleg geograf. Han skreiv i lærebok i matematikk, men er særleg kjend for arbeida sine om navigasjon og astronomi. Han vert rekna for oppdagaren av den loksodromiske navigasjonskurve, og innførte òg nonius.
