Paul Scherrer (3. februar 189025. september 1969) var ein sveitsisk fysikar.

Han var professor ved ETH i Zürich frå 1916 og direktør for det fysiske instituttet ved ETH frå 1920. Scherrer er kjent for arbeid innan faststoff-fysikk, røntgenfysikk og kjernefysikk og medoppdagar av Debye–Scherrer-metoden.
