Macaroni Point er eit nes heilt nordaust på Deceptionøya i Sør-Shetlandsøyane. Det vart namngjeve etter ei kartlegging av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) i januar 1954, på grunn av ein koloni med gulltoppingvinar (Eudyptes chrysolophus) på dette neset.
