9K38 Igla (russisk: Игла́, nål) er eit Игла́ antiluftskyts. Orginalvarianten hadde NATO-kallenamnet SA-16 Gimlet. Den nyaste varianten er kjend som SA-24 Grinch.

  • Valbart IFF-system for å hindra nedskyting av eigne eller allierte fly.
  • Ein kraftigare rakettmotor, minska luftmotstand og eit betre styresystem med lengre skotvidd og betre prestasjonen mot snøgge mål.
  • Betre verknad mot mål ved at eksplosjonen skjer nærare flykroppen. I terminalfasen treff missilet flykroppen i staden for bruk av nærleiksbrannrør nær jetutblåsinga, og ei sekundærladning tenner på rakettbrennstoff som eventuelt er att.
  • Betre motstand mot narrebluss og ALQ-144-seriens jammere.
