De P89 is een regionale weg in Letland. De weg loopt van Ķekava, bij Riga, naar de grens met Litouwen bij Skaistkalne en is 55,8 kilometer lang.[1] In Litouwen loopt de weg als K190 verder naar Biržai. In Ķekava sluit de weg aan op de A7 naar Riga en Panevėžys.
