De 54e editie van de wielerwedstrijd Brabantse Pijl werd gehouden op 16 april 2014. De start was in Leuven, de finish in Overijse. De wedstrijd maakte deel uit van de UCI Europe Tour 2014, in de categorie 1.HC. In 2013 won de Slowaak Peter Sagan. Dit jaar won Philippe Gilbert de sprint van een uitgedund peloton, voor Michael Matthews en Tony Gallopin. Gilbert won zodoende voor het eerst in drie jaar weer een voorjaarsklassieker.
