Upi atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Upi merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Maguindanao Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 59,004 dalam isi rumah 11,596.
