USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) adalah kapal pengangkut pesawat kelas-Nimitz ke-8 yang beroperasi dengan Tentera Laut Amerika Syarikat. Ia dinamakan bersempena dengan nama Presiden Amerika Syarikat ke-33, Harry S. Truman. Nama panggilannya adalah Lone Warrior, dan ia kini berpangkalan di Stesen Tentera Laut Norfolk, Virginia.

Harry S. Truman telah dilancarkan pada 7 September 1996 di Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia,[2] dan ditauliahkan pada 25 Julai 1998 di bawah arahan Kepten Thomas Otterbein. Presiden Bill Clinton telah memberi ucapan semasa perasmiannya. Antara para tetamu kehormat yang hadir adalah Perwakilan Missouri, Ike Skelton, Gabenor Missouri Mel Carnahan, Setiausaha Pertahanan William Cohen dan Setiausaha Tentera Laut John H. Dalton.

Harry S. Truman asalnya adalah kapal armada bagi Kumpulan Pengangkut Pesawat Dua dan bermula pada 1 Oktober 2004, bagi Kumpulan Serangan Kapal Pengangkut Kesepuluh.
