Tony Leung Chiu-wai (lahir 27 Jun 1962) ialah pelakon dan penyanyi Hong Kong. Beliau dianggap sebagai salah seorang pelakon Asia yang paling berjaya dan diiktiraf di peringkat antarabangsa dan dinobatkan sebagai "Harimau Kecil" di antara Lima Jeneral Harimau TVB. Beliau telah memenangi banyak hadiah lakonan antarabangsa, termasuk anugerah Festival Filem Cannes untuk Pelakon Lelaki Terbaik bagi persembahannya dalam filem Wong Kar-wai In the Mood for Love. Leung secara meluas dianggap sebagai pelakon asli Hong Kong terbaik dari generasinya. Beliau dinobatkan oleh CNN sebagai salah seorang daripada "25 Pelakon Terhebat di Asia Sepanjang Zaman".[2]

Leung terkenal dengan kolaborasinya dengan pengarah Wong Kar-wai, dengan bekerja dalam tujuh filem termasuk Chungking Express (1994), Happy Together (1997), In the Mood for Love (2000), dan The Grandmaster (2013). Beliau juga muncul dalam tiga filem pemenang Singa Emas Festival Filem Venice, termasuk A City of Sadness (1989), Cyclo (1995) dan Lust, Caution (2007), arahan Ang Lee.
