Rolene Strauss (dilahirkan pada 22 April 1992) ialah seorang doktor Afrika Selatan dan penyandang gelaran ratu cantik yang memenangi Miss South Africa 2014 dan kemudian dimahkotakan sebagai Miss World 2014. Beliau ialah wanita Afrika Selatan ketiga yang akan dinobatkan Miss World, selepas Penelope Anne Coelen pada tahun 1958 dan Anneline Kriel pada tahun 1974.[1][2][3]
Strauss kini menjadi pengerusi organisasi bukan keuntungan The Strauss Foundation.[4][5]
