| Bibimbap (비빔밥, sebutan bahasa Korea: [bibimbap], kadang kala dirumikan menjadi bi bim bap atau bi bim bop) ialah satu daripada hidangan istimewa Korea. Perkataannya seara harfiah bermaksud "nasi campur". Bibimbap disajikan dalam mangkuk yang berisi nasi panas yang ditutupi dengan namul (sayur tumis dan diperisa) dan gochujang (pes cili), kicap, atau doenjang, pes kacang soya masin. Telur mentah atau goreng dan hirisan daging (lazimnya daging lembu) adalah kebiasaan lauknya. Makanan ersebut kemudiannya dikacau panas-panas sebelum dimakan.
Di Korea Selatan, Jeonju, Jinju, dan Tongyeong amat terkenal dengan bibimbap versi mereka sendiri. Pada 2011, ia berada pada kedudukan ke-40 dalam 50 makanan paling lazat di dunia melalui undian pembvaca yang dikumpulkan oleh CNN Travel.
