Perang Terhadap Keganasan (War on Terrorism) (tulisan Jawi : ڤراڠ ترهادڤ كڬانسان) ialah kempen yang dimulakan oleh Amerika Syarikat dan disekutui oleh negara-negara lain yang terdiri dari tindakan ketenteraan, politik, undang-undang, keagamaan dan peribadi yang diambil untuk mencegah pengganasan, selepas serangan 11 September 2001 terhadap Amerika Syarikat.[1] Perang Terhadap Keganasan ini dibenarkan oleh Kongres Amerika Syarikat di bawah Pemberian Kebenaran untuk Penggunaan Kuasa Tentera Terhadap Pengganas yang diluluskan pada 18 September 2001. Frasa War on Terror mula digunakan Presiden A.S. George W. Bush oleh semasa suatu sesi bersama Kongres Amerika Syarikat pada 20 September 2001.

Sesetengah pengkritik, termasuklah ahli politik dan media antarabangsa, telah merujuk kepada perang ini sebagai "kononnya Perang Terhadap Keganasan" (so-called War on Terrorism).[2][3][4] Kedua-dua frasa "Perang Terhadap Keganasan" dan polisi yang dilambangkannya telah menjadi sumber kontroversi yang masih belum selesai, kerana para pengkritik menyatakan yang ia telah digunakan untuk dijadikan alasan untuk membolehkan perang terlebih dahulu, perang berterusan, pencabulan hak asasi dan pencabulan lain undang-undang antarabangsa.[5][6][7]
