Ayam pansuh

Ayam pansuh (atau Manok pansoh) merupakan satu cara masakan biasa di kalangan rakyat di Boneo (Sarawak, Malaysia). Ayam pansuh merupakan hidangan yang disediakan oleh daging ayam masak di dalam buluh dan dipenuhi dengan air (yang kemudiannya akan sup), perasa dan ditutup dengan daun ubi kayu (kemudian boleh dimakan bersama-sama dengan ayam dimasak). Asal-usul ayam pansuh tidak diketahui, tetapi kaum Iban dan Bidayuh (orang Sarawak) sentiasa menyediakan hidangan ini pada mana-mana hari perayaan, terutama Gawai Dayak (perayaan untuk akhir penuaian). Ayam pansuh merupakan hidangan biasa dikalangan penduduk Sarawak, Malaysia.
