Hubungan Lubnan–Malaysia

Hubungan Lubnan-Malaysia merujuk kepada diplomasi hubungan dua hala antara Lubnan dan Malaysia. Lubnan mempunyai sebuah kedutaannya sendiri di Kuala Lumpur,[1] dan Malaysia juga membuka sebuah kedutaannya di Beirut.[2]

Hubungan ekonomi

Perjanjian mengenai pencegahan cukai berganda dan pencegahan fiskal termasuk perjanjian mengenai perjanjian pelaburan dua hala telah ditandatangani di antara kedua-dua negara.[3][4] Sejak 2007, jumlah eksport Malaysia ke Lubnan berjumlah sekitar 84,708, manakala Lubnan pula mengeksport sekitar 8,419.[5] Eksport Malaysia termasuklah bahagian televisyen, minyak kelapa sawit, perhiasan pakaian, pam gas, dan produk kayu. Lubnan pula mengeksport produk koko, sisa tembaga, buku dan produk rambut.[5] Walau bagaimanapun, pada tahun 2011, eksport Luban menurun ke 1,747 manakala eksport Malaysia meningkat ke 144,756.[5] Pada tahun 2003, ahli perniagaan dari kedua-dua negara telah menjalin perkongsian strategik dengan penubuhan Majlis Perniagaan Lebanon Malaysia.[6] Malahan, sebuah pengeluar kereta Lubnan turut beroperasi di Malaysia.[7]

Hubungan keselamatan

Malaysia merupakan salah satu Pasukan Tentera Sementara PBB di Lubnan. Ketika misi, Malaysia telah menghantar seramai 877 orang anggota ke Lubnan.
