Саламанка (испани. Salamanca) —Испани улсын баруун хэсэгт орших Саламанка мужийн төв бөгөөд Португалийн хилээс 80 км зайнд орших хот.

Хот 160 мянган хүн амтай бөгөөд төмөр замын өртөө, нисэх онгоцны буудалтай хот юм. Дэлхийн хамгийн ууган Их сургуулиудын нэг гэгддэг 1218 онд байгуулагдсан Саламанка Их сургууль (испани. Universidad de Salamanca) энэ хотод байралдаг.
