ഗ്രിമ്മിന്റെ ഫെയറി ടെയിൽസിൽ (KHM 14) ഗ്രിം സഹോദരന്മാർ ശേഖരിച്ച ഒരു ജർമ്മൻ യക്ഷിക്കഥയാണ് "ദ ത്രീ സ്പിന്നേഴ്സ്".[1] നാടോടി-യക്ഷിക്കഥകളെ ഇനം തിരിക്കുന്ന ആർനെ-തോംസൺ സൂചികയനുസരിച്ച് ഈ കഥ ടൈപ്പ് 501 വകുപ്പിൽ പെടുന്നു. ഇത് യൂറോപ്പിലുടനീളം പ്രചാരമുണ്ട്.[2][3]
ഇതിന് റംപെൽസ്റ്റിൽറ്റ്‌സ്‌കിൻ, ഫ്രോ ഹോൾ എന്നിവയ്‌ക്ക് വ്യക്തമായ സമാന്തരങ്ങളുണ്ട്. [4] വ്യക്തമായ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങളുണ്ട്. അതിനാൽ അവ പലപ്പോഴും താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.[5]
ദി സെവൻ ലിറ്റിൽ പോർക്ക് റിൻഡ്‌സ് എന്ന ഇറ്റാലിയൻ സാഹിത്യ യക്ഷിക്കഥ ജിയാംബറ്റിസ്റ്റ ബേസിൽ എഴുതിയ 1634-ലെ തന്റെ പെന്റമെറോൺ എന്ന കൃതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.[6]
ഇറ്റാലോ കാൽവിനോയുടെ ഇറ്റാലിയൻ നാടോടിക്കഥകളിൽ ഒരു വകഭേദം ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു, അൻഡ് സെവൻ !.[7]
Grimm's Fairy Tales-ന്റെ ആദ്യ പതിപ്പിൽ വളരെ ചെറിയ ഒരു വകഭേദം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഹേറ്റ്ഫുൾ ഫ്ളാക്സ് സ്പിന്നിംഗ്, എന്നാൽ അത് "ദ ത്രീ സ്പിന്നേഴ്സ്" ആണ്.

[തിരുത്തുക]1819-ൽ കിൻഡർ-ഉണ്ട് ഹൗസ്മാർച്ചന്റെ രണ്ടാം പതിപ്പിൽ ഗ്രിം സഹോദരന്മാരാണ് ഈ കഥ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്. അവരുടെ പ്രധാന ഉറവിടം പോൾ വിഗാൻഡ് (1786-1866) ആയിരുന്നു, ജീനെറ്റ് ഹാസെൻഫ്ലഗ് (1791-1860), ജൊഹാനസ് പ്രിറ്റോറിയസ് (1630-1630) എന്നിവരുടെ പതിപ്പുകൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. 1680). ആദ്യ പതിപ്പിൽ (1812) "ഹേറ്റ്ഫുൾ ഫ്ളാക്സ് സ്പിന്നിംഗ്" (Von dem bösen Flachsspinnen) എന്ന പേരിൽ ജീനെറ്റ് ഹാസെൻഫ്ലഗിന്റെ വിവരണത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി ഒരു ചെറിയ വേരിയന്റ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു .[1]
